The Department of Roads, Project Directorate (ADB), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Upgradation of Pathlaiya–Hetauda–Narayanghat Section of East West Highway under the South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation Highway Improvement and Ecosystem Restoration Project (59156-001).

The bidding comprises the following contracts:

• SHINER/OCB/PHN/01: Km 397+400–437+320

• SHINER/OCB/PHN/02: Km 437+320–463+500

• SHINER/OCB/PHN/03: Km 463+500–467+320

Bidding will be conducted under ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to bidders from eligible ADB member countries.
