यस काठमाडौं चक्रपथ सुधार योजनाको मिति २०८३/०४/२६ गतेको सुचना न. ००१/२०८३/८४ बाट आह्वान गरिएको ठेक्का नं  KRIP/33701134/083/84-001 को बोलपत्र सम्बन्धि कागजातहरुमा तेस्रो पटक र सुचना न. ००२/०८३/८४ बाट आह्वान गरिएको ठेक्का नं KRIP/33701134/083/84-002 को बोलपत्र सम्बन्धि कागजातहरुमा दोश्रो पटक तपशील बमोजिम संसोधन गरिएको र उक्त बोलपत्रहरु विधुतीय खरिद प्रणालीवाट मात्र पेश गर्ने प्रावधान रहेकोमा सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयको मिति २०८३/०५/११ गतेको सूचना बमोजिम अर्को सूचना जारी नहुँदासम्म विधुतीय खरिद प्रणाली प्रयोग स्थगन गरिएकोले हार्डकपी मार्फत नै बोलपत्र लिन सकिने ब्यबस्था बमोजिम दुवै ठेक्काहरुको बोलपत्र पेश गर्ने अवधि २०८३/०५/१६ गते दिउसो १२:०० बजे बाट थप गरी २०८३/०५/२३ गते दिउसो १२:०० बजे सम्म कायम गरिएको र उक्त समयावधि भित्र दर्ता हुन आएका हार्डकपी बोलपत्रहरु यस योजनाको कार्यालय बबरमहलमा सोही दिनको दिउसो १:०० बजे खोलिने निर्णय भएकोले सार्वजनिक खरिद ऐन, २०८३ को दफा १६ बमोजिम सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ lसाथै सार्बजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयबाट थप निर्देशन भएमा सोही बमोजिम हुने समेत जानकारी गराईन्छ l

SECTION  II:

Bid Data Sheet

ITB 30.1

The Employer shall compare all substantially responsive bids in accordance with ITB 29.2. The Employer shall determine the Average Bid Price of all the substantially responsive Bids. The Bid Price which is closest to the Average Bid Price AND is not substantially higher than the cost estimate shall be selected for awarding the contract.

In case two or more Bid Prices are determined to be equally closest to the Average Bid Price, the Bid Price which is below the Average Bid Price shall be selected for awarding the contract.

The Employer shall compare all substantially responsive bids in accordance with ITB 29.2. The Employer shall determine the Average Bid Price of all the substantially responsive Bids.  Bidder who submits a bid price that is substantially higher than the approved cost estimate shall be excluded from the evaluation process. The Bid Price which is closest to the Average Bid Price shall be selected for awarding the contract.

In case two or more Bid Prices are determined to be equally closest to the Average Bid Price, the Bid Price which is below the Average Bid Price shall be selected for awarding the contract.
